Selection Process — Bank of India Specialist Officer 2026

Your application will go through these stages:

Shortlisting: Based on the documents you upload.
Online Written Test:
- English Language: 25 questions (25 marks) – Qualifying only (marks not added to merit).
- Professional Knowledge: 100 questions (100 marks) – Bilingual (English & Hindi).
- Duration: 100 minutes (composite time).
- Minimum Passing Marks: 35% for General/EWS, 30% for SC/ST/OBC/PwD.
- Negative Marking: 0.25 marks deducted for each wrong answer.
Personal Interview: 100 marks. Qualifying marks: 50% for General/EWS, 45% for Reserved categories.
Final Merit: Online Exam (60%) + Interview (40%).
Document Verification & Medical Exam: After clearing the interview.

Note: A refundable security deposit is required: Rs. 1,00,000 for Scale-I, Rs. 2,00,000 for Scale-II, and Rs. 3,00,000 for Scale-III & IV (refundable after 3 years of service).
