On newisty.com, to process images and pdf files we have 2 kinds of tool, Old tools and New updated tools.
For Image or PDF processing on newisty.com, you may need to upload your Image or PDF files. For image and pdf tools we need to upload your files to our server for processing.
Because processing images and pdf files on the server is best, efficient, quick, and optimized for large-scale processing.
OLD TOOLS:
In old tools, we return/show your processed files from our server through the image/pdf file's URL. That's why we are unable to delete your processed files immediately before you download/save them on your device.
Because after processing if we delete your processed files immediately and permanently, then you can't access or download these deleted files anymore. Because deleting a processed file means that the files is gone forever.
That's why for old tools, your uploaded images and pdf files may store for 1-3 hrs. It depends on when you have uploaded your files.
Consecutive every two hours, our automated system detects old files, which have been uploaded to our server 1 or more than 1 hrs, and deletes them permanently.
NEW TOOLS:
In our updated file processing tool you may see a data protection notice like this.
In our updated system, for processing, we upload your files to our server. Then we process your files, and before sending your processed files to your browser, we delete your files permanently from our server.
That means that, without processing time, we do not store your files, even not for a while.
Disclaimer:
At Newisty, we offer a variety of file processing tools for images, PDFs, and more. To ensure cost efficiency and protect your data privacy, our automatic system may store your files for a maximum of 1-3 hours. This means that we cannot guarantee long-term storage of your files, and they may be deleted at any time without notice. Typically, files are automatically deleted within a maximum of 3 hours.
By using Newisty or uploading files to this site, you agree that Newisty and its owners are not responsible for any damages or harm that may arise from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, application or form rejection, data loss, file damages, and incorrect results. Newisty does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of our service for any purpose.
