BSOL crosses the $1 billion mark

Bitwise’s Solana staking ETF, known as BSOL, reported more than $1 billion in net assets as of Aug. 26. Glassnode described it as the first Solana ETF to pass that level.

An ETF is an investment fund traded on an exchange. BSOL gives investors exposure to SOL and stakes most of the fund’s holdings to earn rewards.

Fund data shows 9.3 million SOL

  • Bitwise’s official fund page listed 9,332,360.79 SOL.
  • The holdings had a reported market value of $1.018 billion.
  • Net assets stood at $1.0175 billion on Aug. 26.
  • The fund reported that 96% of its assets were staked.
  • Its displayed net staking reward rate was 5.80%, compared with a target of staking 100% of its assets.

BSOL leads the tracked Solana funds

Farside Investors listed six Solana products with a combined $1.284 billion in cumulative net flows. BSOL accounted for $1.0114 billion, or nearly 79% of that total.

On Aug. 27, the six products recorded $56.1 million in net inflows. BSOL received $40.2 million. Grayscale’s GSOL added $6.2 million, while Fidelity’s FSOL took in $5.8 million.

Solana ETF inflows reach a record stretch

Glassnode said Solana spot ETFs attracted $138 million in net inflows over 10 days, their strongest such period on record. It reported a single-day high of $47 million on Tuesday.

Bitwise said BSOL began trading on Oct. 28, 2025. The fund passed $1 billion in net assets nearly 10 months after its launch.

What the figures establish

Bitwise’s fund data confirms that BSOL held more than $1 billion in net assets on Aug. 26. The claim that it was the first Solana ETF to reach that threshold comes from Glassnode. Farside’s separate data measures cumulative investor flows rather than total assets under management.
