Selection Process — BPCL Technician & Operator 2026

You will go through three stages:

Stage 1: Computer Based Test (CBT)
- Total: 100 questions, 120 minutes
- Domain Knowledge: 60 marks
- General Aptitude (English, Quant, Reasoning, GA): 40 marks
- No negative marking. Test is in English only.
Stage 2: Skill/Proficiency Test (SPT)
- Qualifying nature — you must pass this test.
