Who Can Apply — DVC Executive Trainee 2026
You need a full-time B.Tech/B.E degree in the relevant branch. Your university must be approved by AICTE or a proper statutory authority.
You need at least 65% marks if you are Gen/OBC(NCL)/EWS. SC/ST/PwD candidates need at least 60% marks. Marks are counted for all years or semesters.
You also need a valid GATE 2025 score in the same paper as your discipline.
Only Indian nationals can apply. You can apply for only one post or discipline.

Salary and Bond Terms — DVC Executive Trainee 2026
Pay starts at Rs 56,100 and goes up to Rs 1,77,500 per month. This is Pay Matrix Level-10 of the 7th CPC.
You will stay on probation for 1 year. After that, you join as Assistant Manager on the same scale.
You must sign a service bond. The bond covers 1 year of probation plus 3 more years. Bond amount is Rs 5,00,000 for General/OBC(NCL)/EWS and Rs 2,50,000 for SC/ST/PwBD, plus interest if applicable.
Selection Process — DVC Executive Trainee 2026
There is no separate exam. DVC will use your marks out of 100 in GATE 2025.
Candidates will be shortlisted for Document Verification in merit order. DVC will call about 1:5 or more candidates for each category-wise vacancy in each discipline. DVC can change this ratio.
If two candidates have equal marks, the older candidate ranks higher.
After document verification, you must pass a medical exam by the DVC Medical Board. Dates and venue for verification will be on the DVC website only. No hard-copy call letters will be sent.
