You need an MBBS degree plus MD/MS/DNB or another relevant post-graduate qualification as per NMC norms. The table below shows department-wise posts:

Category-wise breakup (UR/OBC/SC/ST/EWS) is given in the official notification. The pay scale is fixed basic pay plus allowances: Professor gets Rs. 2,60,972, Associate Professor gets Rs. 1,67,056, and Assistant Professor & Senior Resident get Rs. 1,43,524 per month.

Some extra rules apply too. Private practice is not allowed after joining. If you work in a government or autonomous institution, bring a No Objection Certificate (NOC). Candidates on deputation cannot apply.

Selection Process — ESIC Bhubaneswar Faculty Recruitment 2026

Two stages decide who gets picked:
