Selection Process — IOB Security Guard 2026
You will go through these stages:
- Online Objective Test (80 Marks)
- English Language: 20 marks
- Aptitude Test: 20 marks
- Arithmetic Test: 20 marks
- Psychometric Test: 20 marks
- Local Language Test in Tamil (20 Marks)
You must prove you can read, write, and speak Tamil.
- Physical Fitness Test (100 Marks | Qualifying: 65 Marks)
Held in Chennai. Includes:
- Push-Ups: 30 marks (Qualifying: 20)
- Sit-Ups: 30 marks (Qualifying: 20)
- 1 Kilometre Run: 30 marks (Qualifying: 20)
- Drill Test: 10 marks (Qualifying: 5)
- Document Verification & Medical Exam
Bring original certificates and pass the medical test.
Probation Period: 6 months after joining.
