• ITI Trades: Candidates with relevant ITI certificates in Fitter, Electrician, COPA, Welder, etc.
• Diploma Holders: 3-year Diploma in Civil, Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Graduates: B.A., B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, or B.E./B.Tech in relevant subjects.
Selection Process
The selection is based entirely on merit. You do not need to sit for an exam. ONGC will calculate your percentage from your qualifying examination (ITI/Diploma/Degree). If two candidates have the same score, the older candidate will be preferred. Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification.
