For this post, you must have a graduation degree and be medically fit as per the A-2 standard.
Selection Process — RRB Station Master Recruitment 2026
To get selected as a Station Master, you will have to go through the following stages in order:
• Stage 1: Computer Based Test (CBT) - Objective test of Mathematics, General Intelligence & Reasoning and General Awareness. 1/3rd mark will be deducted for every wrong answer.
• Stage 2: Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT) - This Psycho Test is compulsory for Station Master posts. You must score a minimum T-Score of 42 in each test battery to qualify.
• Stage 3: Document Verification (DV) - Your original 10th certificate, Graduation marksheets and valid category documents will be checked in a 1:1 ratio.
• Stage 4: Medical Examination - Final check to confirm that you meet the required A-2 medical fitness before appointment.
