Selection Process — SMKV Bastar Recruitment 2026
The selection involves multiple stages to ensure the best candidates are picked:
- Written Exam: An OMR-based test with no negative marking. You need at least 30% to pass.
- Skill/Practical Test: Shortlisted candidates (10 per vacancy) will take this 30-mark test. You need 50% to pass this stage.
- Experience Points: Up to 10 marks are awarded for experience as a daily-wage worker at SMKV.
- Final Merit: Based on a total of 100 marks (60 from written, 30 from practical, 10 from experience).
