• Stage 1 – Written Examination (360 marks): 120 multiple‑choice questions (30 General Knowledge, 90 Subject‑specific). Each correct answer +3 marks, each wrong answer –1 mark.
• Stage 2 – Interview / Personality Test (40 marks): Candidates who clear the written test will be called for an interview to assess subject expertise and teaching aptitude.
• Stage 3 – Document Verification: Final verification of original certificates and identity documents.
