RRB Paramedical photo, signature and thumb impression

Paramedical posts advertised by the Railway Recruitment Boards use the common RRB application. Besides a photo and signature, many candidates must upload a left thumb impression and a handwritten declaration. This page applies the stored RRB shapes and compresses each document separately.

Thumb impression and declaration

Use the left thumb on plain white paper and press evenly. A smudged or partial print may be rejected. Write the declaration in your own handwriting on unruled paper, keep the lines inside the frame and photograph it straight on. Crop tightly but do not cut the text.

Photo and signature

Use a recent colour photo with a plain background and no hat. For the signature, use dark ink and avoid a faint stroke. Check every downloaded file separately, because the photo and signature have different byte windows.

Which RRB documents apply?

Not every paramedical notice asks for all four uploads. Read the document list for your post before preparing files. If the notice asks only for a photo and signature, the thumb and declaration presets are not needed. If it asks for all four, prepare each one separately so a failure on one document does not force you to redo the others.
