What Is the HSC (Vocational) Result Checker?

The HSC (Vocational) Result checker is a free online tool for students of the Bangladesh Technical Education Board who appear in the HSC or equivalent examinations under the vocational curriculum. It covers the HSC/Equivalent (VOC) examination, which is the route taken by students who study a trade subject together with the regular higher secondary subjects and finish Class XI and Class XII through a technical board institute.

How This Tool Works

Limits and Rules

This checker covers the HSC/Equivalent vocational examination of the Bangladesh Technical Education Board only. It is not a general education board tool, and it will not return an SSC result or a regular science, commerce or humanities HSC result from another board.

Roll number must be exactly six digits, registration must be between one and ten digits, and the exam year must be 2005 or later. The class you select must match the class you actually appeared in, because the board service keys the record on the curriculum, class and year together with your roll and registration.

The status badge and GPA are shown exactly as the official service returns them. This tool does not calculate grades, does not change a status and does not display numbers that the board has not published. Mark columns appear only when the official response says marks are visible for that record; otherwise you see subject codes, names and grades.

Please use the checker for your own result or for a result you are allowed to check, respect the request limits above, and confirm anything official against the board record before you submit it with an application.

When to Use This Tool and When Not To

Use it right after the board publishes HSC vocational results, when you want the answer without travelling anywhere. It is also handy when a parent asks about a roll number over the phone, when an institute staff member checks a class list, or when you want to review which grade you received in each subject before an admission or job form.

Do not use it for the general HSC examination of the education boards, or for SSC and equivalent results, because those need different lookup tools. It is also the wrong tool if you expect a downloadable official marksheet or a printed transcript, since this page shows the result card and subject table for reading on screen. And no checker can return a result before the board has published it, so a search on an unpublished year will simply report that no result was found.
