The DCECE Photo, Signature & Document Size Converter Compressor Resizer prepares every image you need for a DCECE (Diploma Certificate Entrance Competitive Examination) application form — photograph, signature, and document (use Document for thumb impression and other supporting images) — to the exact pixel dimensions, file size, and format required by the examination board.

Why Use This Tool?

DCECE exam applications reject uploads that miss the required pixel size, DPI, file size, or format. This tool walks you through a short wizard that applies the correct DCECE preset and shows a spec-by-spec preview before you download, so you can verify every requirement is met.

How It Works

  • The DCECE exam preset is auto-selected, so Step 1 is skipped for you.
  • Pick the image type: Photo, Signature, or Document (use Document for thumb impression).
  • Choose a variant — or open Advanced Config to set custom dimensions, DPI, format, and size limits.
