How the Transfer of Land Fees Calculator Works
To calculate your land transfer fee:
- Select the fee period (2025/26 or 2026/27).
- Choose your lodgement type (paper or electronic).
- Indicate if an easement is included in the transfer.
- Enter the consideration amount in whole dollars.

The total fee is calculated based on the base lodgement fee, plus the consideration amount multiplied by the consideration factor (capped at the maximum fee). If an easement is included, the easement fee is added to the total.
