The two commissions have similar names and similar stored image shapes, but they run separate application systems. A file prepared for one may not match the other's current advertisement. Read the commission name at the top of the notice and use the matching page.

Photo and signature workflow

Use a recent colour photo on a plain light background, with the face centred and eyes open. For the signature, sign on white paper with dark ink and crop around the strokes. Check the downloaded dimensions and byte count before uploading.

A file prepared for OSSSC may not match an OSSC advertisement even when the pixel shapes look similar. Check the commission name, then the byte limit and format.

Do not reuse another commission file

If you applied to a different Odisha recruitment, do not upload that file by habit. Prepare a fresh image for the current OSSC notice.
