WAEC WASSCE photo tool

How to use it

Select the WASSCE photo or signature preset that matches your instruction. Upload a recent colour photo on a plain background, crop so the face is centred, then process and download. For a signature, sign on white paper and crop tightly around the strokes.

Check the output dimensions and KB size after processing. A file that is within the KB window but visually blurry can still be rejected.

When the table and the notice differ

WAEC offices update portal rules between registration cycles, and a size that worked in an earlier year may be replaced. Treat the stored table as a guide to the variants the tool can produce, then confirm the current pixel size and KB window in your own candidate instruction. If the two disagree, follow the notice and use a custom-size preset rather than forcing a stored variant.
