Who applies to Teletalk Bangladesh Limited

Teletalk Bangladesh Limited is the state-owned mobile operator, and it recruits its own staff through the application process run on its corporate site. Job advertisements appear there and candidates apply online against the published vacancy, with the photograph attached to the application being the one that identifies them at the later stages.

Teletalk quotes its photograph in square pixel dimensions rather than a physical frame, at 300 by 300 pixels, with a ceiling of 100 KB and a floor of 10 KB. A square canvas means the face has to be centred with margin to the left and right, which is a different composition from the portrait crop most exam applications expect, and both JPEG and JPG extensions are accepted.

Start from www.teletalk.com.bd for the Teletalk notice. Where a third-party page lists a different size from the one in the table above, the notice wins, and a correction published later can supersede both.

This page sets out the numbers Teletalk actually asks for. It is not a general guide to cropping or to the tool interface, because those instructions do not change from one exam to the next and they are written up separately.

What the Teletalk form asks you to upload

The form takes one file, so the work is concentrated on getting that single upload right.

  • A photograph at 300 x 300 px, no heavier than 100 KB and no lighter than 10 KB.

The Teletalk numbers, and why they matter

Nothing here is quoted in centimetres or inches. Teletalk works in square pixel dimensions, so centring the subject inside a square canvas matters more than any conversion factor. The usual instinct to crop tight to the shoulders and head does not produce the shape this portal validates.

Teletalk works in both directions on file weight. The ceiling is 100 KB but there is effectively no meaningful floor, so the only number that can cause a refusal is the upper one. That means you can compress as hard as quality allows without worrying about dropping below a published minimum.

If the Teletalk application refuses your file

  • A Teletalk rejection usually comes down to one of two things. Either the file is over 100 KB because the crop left too much empty background, or the photo itself has a non plain background, a tilt, or a filter. Fix the weight first since it is measurable, then the photograph.
  • A third attempt with the same settings will produce the same result. Read the current notification again, because the specification is corrected by corrigendum from time to time and the values in this tool follow the specification as recorded.

Frequently Asked Questions

The crop walkthrough, the face mask guide, the compression settings, and the full list of reasons a portal rejects an otherwise correct photo are written up once, because they apply to every exam. See the complete photo and signature guide.

FAQ

Short answers for the questions users ask before trusting the result.

300 x 300 px at 96 DPI, in JPEG OR JPG, with the file kept at or under 100 KB and not under 10 KB. That row in the table is the preset the tool applies when Teletalk is selected.

No separate signature is listed for Teletalk. If your own notice mentions one, type the measurement into the width and height fields and set the maximum file size by hand.

The ceiling is 100 KB and the floor is 10 KB. Compression runs on export until the output fits, and the result card prints the achieved weight against the limit rather than leaving you to check it yourself.

Download as JPEG OR JPG and upload that file untouched. Opening it in another editor first is the quiet way to end up with a weight that no longer matches the requirement.

The stored Teletalk preset accepts JPEG and JPG only. Convert a PNG to JPEG in the tool before downloading.

The source image is probably smaller than 300 x 300 px and has been enlarged. Start from a larger original, then crop to the square frame instead of stretching a small file.
