What this page produces
The generator returns an HTML document containing a short appeal letter addressed to the Google AdSense or AdMob team, followed by prepared answers to questions a reviewer may ask. The letter names your platform, the date you started using the product and the issue type you selected. The answers cover your past compliance, the changes you will make and how users reach your site or app.
It is a template, not a submission form. Nothing is sent to Google, and no one reviews your case here. You copy the text, edit it so every statement is true, and submit it through the appeal channel in your Google policy centre.
The form, field by field
- Google product: AdSense or AdMob. The chosen name appears throughout the letter.
- Your name: the person submitting the appeal.
- Platform: Website, YouTube Channel, Mobile App or Other.
- Platform URL: the address of the site, channel or app listing.
- Using since: a free-text date such as January 2024.
- Issue type: Suspicious Click Activity, Invalid Traffic or Other.
- Allegation description: optional, up to 500 characters. Enable it only if you want the template to acknowledge a specific violation.
The allegation switch changes the tone and the content. With it off, the letter denies intentional wrongdoing. With it on, the letter acknowledges an unintentional mistake and describes the remediation. Choose the version that matches the truth, not the one that sounds more persuasive.
What the appeal answers cover
The generated document includes a letter and answers to three common questions: whether you have violated the policy before, what changes you will implement, and how users find your platform. The answer about traffic explains organic search, content and social promotion. The answer about changes depends on the issue type.
For suspicious click activity, the template offers to remove ads, block bad bots on a website and stop encouraging clicks. For invalid traffic, it offers to find and block the traffic source and remove the platform from the bad source. These are placeholders. Replace them with the specific actions you actually took.
Honesty matters more than wording
Do not tick the allegation box and admit to something you did not do just to sound cooperative, and do not leave it off if you know a violation occurred. Google can compare your appeal with its own records. A false statement can damage your case and may affect future appeals.
Do not promise changes you will not make. If you say you will remove ads from a page, remove them before you submit. If you say you will block a traffic source, have the filter or block in place and be ready to describe it. Reviewers see many identical templates; specific, verifiable actions are more useful than emotional language.
When an appeal makes sense
Read the exact reason in the policy centre first. Fix what you can, document what you changed, and collect evidence such as screenshots of the policy centre, traffic reports or the removal of a bad placement. Submit one clear appeal rather than repeated messages. If the product is AdMob, the platform is an app and the relevant policy may differ from a website's, so check the AdMob policy centre as well as the general AdSense policies.
If you do not understand the violation, ask in the Google support community before appealing. A vague appeal that denies everything is unlikely to help.
What it cannot do
It cannot diagnose why your account was limited, inspect your traffic, file the appeal, contact Google or influence the decision. It does not know whether your site complies with the policy. It is not affiliated with Google and it is not legal advice. Reinstatement is never guaranteed, and some decisions are final.
The template is also generic. It does not know your niche, your traffic sources, your ad layout or your previous appeals. That is why editing is mandatory rather than optional.
Edit before you send
Read the whole document once for accuracy and once for tone. Remove any sentence that is not true. Add the specific policy section you fixed, the date you fixed it and the tool or setting you used. Check the platform URL, the name and the date. Replace awkward phrasing with plain sentences, and keep the appeal short enough that a reviewer can find the facts.
If the letter mentions removing ads, make sure the removal is live. If it mentions a block, make sure the block is active. Then keep a copy of what you submitted and the date.
What a useful appeal contains
A reviewer needs four things: the exact policy issue, what caused it, what you changed and how to verify the change. Put the date and the policy centre reference near the top if you have them. Describe the fix in concrete terms, such as removing an ad unit from a page, adding a traffic filter, changing a placement or deleting embedded content that violated the policy.
Keep the tone factual. Avoid blaming competitors, claiming a hacking incident you cannot document, or promising that a problem will never happen again. End with one clear request: a review of the account and reinstatement of ads. Attach or link evidence only where the appeal form allows it, and keep a copy of everything you submit.
Output and editing
The result appears in a preview tab and an editor tab. The editor lets you change wording, remove an answer or add a paragraph without touching HTML. The copy button copies the current HTML, and the download button saves an .html file. You can also paste the text into the appeal form instead of uploading a file, depending on what the policy centre accepts.
Step by step
- Choose AdSense or AdMob and select your platform.
- Enter your name, platform URL, start date and issue type.
- Enable the allegation description only if it applies, then describe it briefly.
- Press Generate Appeal Answers.
- Read the letter and answers and replace every generic claim with a fact.
- Copy the text or download the HTML.
- Submit through the policy centre and keep a record of the date and content.
Limits and privacy
The form requires the product, name, platform, URL, start date and issue type. The name is capped at 120 characters, the platform URL at 255, the issue type at 120 and the optional description at 500. The generator does not store the appeal or track its outcome.
The values are sent to the server to render the template and returned in the response. Do not include passwords, account IDs, personal data of other people or confidential evidence in the description field.
