The GST admission cluster
GST admission is a combined entrance process for a group of general, science, and technology universities in Bangladesh. Candidates register through the central portal, choose their preferred institutions and programmes, and upload a photograph as part of the application. Because the form is shared across several universities, the photo has to be ready before the registration window closes.

Why a square portrait
The 300 x 300 px frame is square, so the face should sit in the middle with a little space above the head. A wide landscape photo loses too much of the sides, while a very tall portrait leaves empty bands. Take the picture with the phone held upright at eye level, then crop rather than stretch.
Lighting and background
A plain light wall and soft daylight from the front give the cleanest result. Avoid standing under a ceiling fan or a single bulb that casts a shadow on one side of the face. Remove caps and dark glasses, and do not use a filter that changes your skin tone or smooths the face into a blur.
Format and weight
The stored format is JPEG and the range is 50 KB to 500 KB. If your phone saves HEIC, convert it in the tool before downloading. If the result is too light, use a larger original or raise the quality; if it is too heavy, crop closer and reduce the quality gradually.
Tool limits
The resizer does not verify your eligibility or your choice of universities, and it cannot guarantee portal acceptance. It crops, resizes, converts, and compresses the image you provide. Keep the original file until the registration is confirmed.
