NCHM JEE photo and signature
NCHM JEE is the hotel management entrance examination conducted through the NTA portal. The application needs a photo and signature that survive the portal upload checks and remain recognisable on the admit card.
This page applies the stored NCHM JEE shapes, converts both files to JPEG and compresses them toward the stored byte windows. It does not complete the application form.

These are stored values. The current NCHM JEE information bulletin is the authority; confirm the shape and limits before uploading. The presets have not been changed.
Photo advice for a hospitality application
Use a recent colour photo with a plain light background. Face the camera, keep your eyes open and wear neat, simple clothing. Avoid hats, heavy filters and strong shadows. Crop so the head and shoulders fit the frame without cutting the forehead or chin.
Signature advice
Sign on plain white paper with a dark pen, photograph it straight on and crop around the strokes. The stored signature window starts at 4 KB, so a very faint signature may fall below the minimum or lose detail after compression. Check the byte count before uploading.

Common NCHM JEE upload mistakes
A dark photo, a signature with a missing stroke or a file saved as PNG with a .jpg name can fail even when the dimensions look right. Check the byte count after download, keep the JPEG extension unchanged and inspect the image at full size before uploading.
What the download contains
The download is a JPEG at the stored shape, not a PDF or a ZIP. Open it once before uploading to confirm the face is sharp and the signature is not cut off. Keep the original camera file in case you need a different crop.
