What Is the SSC (Vocational) Result Checker?

The SSC (Vocational) Result checker is a free online tool for looking up vocational examination results of the Bangladesh Technical Education Board. It handles the SSC/Dakhil (VOC) examination for students finishing Class 9 and Class 10 through a technical or madrasah vocational curriculum, and it also accepts the HSC/Equivalent (VOC) examination for students at Class XI and Class XII, so one page covers both levels of the vocational route.

You fill a short form: examination, curriculum, class, exam year, roll number, registration number and the answer to one math security question. The tool then reads the record from the official BTEB result service and shows it as a card with the candidate name, a pass or fail status badge, parents names, roll and registration, curriculum, session, institute and GPA, followed by a subject table with subject code, subject name and letter grade.

When the board publishes marks for that record, the table also adds the full mark and obtained mark columns. When marks are not yet available, the subject codes, names and grades still appear, so the result is useful either way.

Why Students and Parents Rely on This Page

The SSC vocational result is the first big checkpoint for a student in the technical education system. It decides whether the student moves into Class 11, which diploma or trade programme to choose, and whether a scholarship, stipend or job application can move forward. Parents want that answer quickly and in plain language, and institute staff often check a long list of rolls on publication day.

This checker is designed for that situation. It loads on a mobile browser, needs no account and no payment, and puts the outcome first: a green badge for a pass status and a red badge for anything else, with the GPA shown in a large figure just below. Because parents names, curriculum, session and institute appear in the same card, a family can confirm the identity of the record before sharing or printing it.

The Share Result button is helpful when relatives ask for the result. It creates a link that already contains the roll number, registration number and examination, so whoever opens it sees the form filled in for them.

How This Tool Works

When the page loads, it asks this site for the result options. The response contains the examination list limited to SSC/Dakhil (VOC) and HSC/Equivalent (VOC), the curriculum list limited to the vocational curriculum codes used by those examinations, the class map for each curriculum, and the exam years from 2005 to the current year. Curriculum names are fetched from the official BTEB public curriculum service and cached for thirty minutes.

A math security question is loaded from the same official service and comes back together with a refresh token. The answer box stays disabled until the question is ready, and the refresh icon beside it loads a new question whenever you want one.

After you press Get Result, the page posts your examination, curriculum, class, exam year, roll number, registration number, captcha token and captcha answer to this site. The server validates the formats, sends the request to the official BTEB result service, and converts the response into a student block, a GPA status block and a subject list. Identical searches are cached for ten minutes. If the credentials do not match a record, or the security answer is wrong, the official message is shown directly on the page so you know what to fix.

Key Features

  • Two vocational examinations in one form: SSC/Dakhil (VOC) and HSC/Equivalent (VOC).
  • Curriculum dropdown limited to the official vocational curriculum codes for those examinations.
  • Class selector that offers Class 9 or Class 10 for the SSC level curriculums, and Class XI or Class XII for the HSC level curriculums.
  • Exam year list from 2005 to the current year, the same range the board result service accepts.
  • Roll number field limited to six characters and registration field to ten, with the server accepting exactly six digits for the roll and one to ten digits for the registration.
  • Math security check with a refresh button, sent to the official service with its token.
  • Result card with a coloured status badge, large GPA, parents names, curriculum, session and institute.
  • Subject table showing code, subject name and letter grade, with full mark and obtained columns added when the board publishes marks.
  • Share Result link, Find Another Result reset, and Enter key submission from the security answer box.
  • Request limits of ten option requests, thirty captcha requests and twenty result requests per minute, plus a ten minute cache for identical searches.

How to Use the SSC (Vocational) Result Checker

  1. Open the Examination dropdown and choose SSC/Dakhil (VOC) or HSC/Equivalent (VOC).
  2. Select your Curriculum from the list that appears for that examination.
  3. Choose your Class, for example Class 9 or Class 10 at the SSC level, or Class XI or Class XII at the HSC level.
  4. Select the Exam Year you appeared in.
  5. Type your six digit Roll Number from your admit card.
  6. Type your Registration Number exactly as printed.
  7. Answer the math question in the Security Check box. Press the refresh icon if you prefer a new question.
  8. Press Get Result. The card on the right fills with your status badge, GPA and subject table.
  9. Use Share Result to copy a pre filled link, or Find Another Result to clear the form and check another roll.

Limits and Rules

The checker covers vocational examinations of the Bangladesh Technical Education Board only. A general SSC or HSC result from a regional education board belongs to a different tool, and searching for it here will not return anything.

Your roll number must be exactly six digits, your registration between one and ten digits, and your exam year 2005 or later. The examination, curriculum, class and year must match the ones you actually appeared in, because the official service uses all of them together with your roll and registration to find the record.

Status, GPA and grades are displayed exactly as the official service returns them. This tool never calculates a grade, never changes a status and never shows a number that the board has not published. The mark and obtained columns appear only when the official response says marks are visible for your record.

Use the tool for your own result or for a result you are permitted to check. Stay within the request limits above, avoid automated bulk searching, and always confirm an official submission such as an admission or job form against the board record itself.

When to Use This Tool and When Not To

Use it on the day the board publishes vocational results, when you want an answer within seconds on a phone. It is equally useful when a parent asks about a roll number, when a teacher checks a class list, or when you want to review subject wise grades before filling an admission, training or job form.

Skip it when you need a general education board SSC result, because those results are held by a different service. It is also not a marksheet or transcript generator, since this page shows the result card and the subject table for reading on screen. And no lookup can return a result before the board publishes it, so an early search for an unpublished year will simply report that no result was found.
