Selection Process — AAI Recruitment 2026

You will go through these stages:

Computer Based Test (CBT): First, you take an online exam.

Physical Tests (for Manager – Fire Services only): Includes Physical Measurement Test, Driving Test, and Physical Endurance Test.
Interview (for Manager posts only): Only Manager candidates will face an interview.
