| Ground Duty Technical — AE (M) | Minimum 60% in Physics and Maths at 10+2, plus a 4-year degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Aeronautical Engineering or an equivalent branch |

Salary — AFCAT 01/2027 Recruitment 2026
Selected officers get pay as per Level 10 of the pay matrix, which is Rs. 56,100 to Rs. 1,77,500 per month. Military allowances and benefits are additional.
Selection Process — AFCAT 01/2027 Bharti 2026
You will be selected in four stages:
• Written Exam — Online AFCAT test
• Air Force Selection Board (AFSB) — Testing and interview over several days
• Document Verification — Your certificates will be checked
• Medical Examination — A full medical test as per Air Force standards
