Company statement
Capital B said the acquisition supports its long‑term goal of holding 1 % of Bitcoin’s total supply—about 210,000 BTC—by 2033.

Earlier the same week, the firm reported that Blockstream founder Adam Back invested €7.6 million ($8.8 million) in Capital B. In August, Capital B raised €21 million in a private placement backed by Back and asset manager TOBAM.
