Welding and NDT candidates get extra preference if they hold an ASNT or ISNT Level-II certificate in RT, UT, DPT or MPT.

EIL will not conduct a written exam. The selection has two steps:

1. Screening of your online application and experience certificates.
2. A personal interview at the EIL office in Gurugram, Mumbai, Chennai or Kolkata.
