Selection Process — UPESSC UP PRT 2026
The selection will be based on a written examination, merit list, document verification, and medical examination.
The written exam is an objective test of 360 marks with 120 MCQs in 2 hours. Each correct answer gives +3 marks; each wrong or multiple answer gets -1 mark. The exam medium is English and Hindi.
The merit list is prepared using written exam marks. If the exam is held in multiple shifts, normalization will apply. Graduation or training percentage will be used as a tie-breaker.
