Physical Fitness Standards
You must meet the following physical criteria to qualify for the Coast Guard Navik and Yantrik positions:
- Height: Male (157 CM), Female (152 CM)
- Running: Male 1.6 Km in 6.5 mins, Female 1.6 Km in 8 mins
- Squats (Uthak-Baithak): Male (20), Female (15)
- Push-ups: Male (15), Female (10)
Selection Process
The selection process for the 2026 batch involves multiple stages:
1. Stage 1: Computer Based Examination (CGEPT).
2. Stage 2: Physical Fitness Test, Document Verification, and Initial Medicals.
3. Stage 3: Final Medical Examination at INS Chilka and Final Merit List.
