• No Written Exam or Interview: NIC will shortlist candidates directly based on GATE 2024/2025/2026 scores.
• Equal Weightage: All three years (2024, 2025, 2026) carry the same importance.
• Tie-Breaking Rules:
- Older year GATE score gets priority (e.g., GATE 2024 > GATE 2025 > GATE 2026).
- If still tied, the older candidate (by age) is ranked higher.
- If still tied, the candidate with a higher percentage in their qualifying degree wins.
• Posting: You can be posted anywhere in India or abroad as per NIC’s requirements.
