Selection Process
The selection for NMDC Steel Executive Trainee 2026 involves three stages:
- GATE 2026 Score: You must have a valid GATE 2026 score in the relevant paper. This score carries the primary weightage.
- Group Discussion (GD): Shortlisted candidates based on GATE score will be called for GD.
- Personal Interview (PI): Final selection is based on combined merit of GATE score, GD, and PI performance.
