Selection Process — NMDC Steel Executive Trainee 2026

You will be selected in three stages:

Computer Based Test (CBT): 70% weightage. The test will have multiple-choice questions in Hindi and English. You need to score at least 50 marks (45 for OBC, 40 for SC/ST/PwBD) to qualify for the next stage.
Group Discussion (GD): 15% weightage. Shortlisted candidates will participate in a group discussion.
Personal Interview: 15% weightage. Final stage to assess your skills and fit for the role.

After training, you will be placed as an Assistant Manager with a starting salary of Rs. 60,000 per month.
