Ondo's Oasis Pro Markets becomes first tokenization firm on DTCC's Fund/SERV network
Ondo's broker-dealer joins DTCC's Fund/SERV network
Oasis Pro Markets, the broker-dealer subsidiary of Ondo Finance, has joined DTCC's Fund/SERV processing network, according to a joint announcement published September 16, 2026. Oasis is the first tokenization-company participant on the network.
DTCC said the membership gives Oasis a single standardized connection to fund companies, wealth platforms and service providers. Ondo said that one connection replaces the need to build separate links with each fund counterparty. DTCC also confirmed the membership on its official X account.
Tokenization refers to representing a financial asset, such as a fund, as a digital token on a blockchain.
Key numbers
- Fund/SERV handles more than 85% of U.S. mutual fund transaction activity, according to DTCC.
- The platform launched in 1986 and now serves more than 1,300 clients.
- It moves more than $12 trillion annually, according to DTCC's history of the service.
- Fund/SERV was built to replace the bilateral links between fund companies and distributors, an setup the industry called the “Spaghetti Model.”
What the joint announcement says
DTCC said Fund/SERV processes and settles transactions between fund companies and distributors. Through one standardized connection, Oasis can transact with participants without separate integrations.
The connection supports account-level data, transaction confirmations, reconciliation, fund distributions, tax reporting and regulatory reporting. DTCC's Fund Solutions page separately says the service handles digital order submissions, confirmations and daily settled trades.
“Ondo's participation in Fund/SERV demonstrates how established industry infrastructure can support the next phase of market evolution,” Talia Klein, DTCC's managing director and head of wealth and investment solutions, said in the announcement.
Regulatory status of the entity that joined
FINRA's BrokerCheck lists Oasis Pro Markets, CRD 149420, as a brokerage firm regulated by FINRA, and identifies Ondo Finance Inc. as its owner. Oasis Pro Markets is the regulated Ondo entity that joined Fund/SERV.
What is confirmed
Oasis Pro Markets is now a Fund/SERV participant, and it is the network's first tokenization-company member. The membership provides standardized connectivity to the fund ecosystem. No specific Ondo product, distributor, transaction or go-live date was named.
What is still unclear
The joint release did not identify a specific Ondo fund already transacting on Fund/SERV, a distributor, a first transaction or a start date. No timetable for product-level implementation was provided.
Why this matters for tokenized funds
DTCC said the membership paves the way for Ondo tokenized funds to be distributed across the traditional fund ecosystem. The announced change is participant access and standardized connectivity; product-level activity on Fund/SERV remains unannounced.
What happens next
The sources do not provide a timeline. A product-level milestone would be a named Ondo fund and distributor beginning transactions on Fund/SERV, but the joint release gave no date for that.
