Pando Finance to List Spot Solana ETF in Hong Kong on Oct. 13

Pando Finance to List Spot Solana ETF in Hong Kong on Oct. 13

Second spot Solana ETF arrives in Hong Kong next week

Pando Finance has confirmed that its spot Solana ETF will begin trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on Oct. 13, 2026, under stock code 2831. An exchange-traded fund, or ETF, is a fund that trades on a stock exchange and tracks an underlying asset — in this case, the Solana token (SOL). The fund holds SOL directly, giving investors a regulated way to gain exposure to the token without buying it on a crypto exchange.

According to Pando's product page, the fund charges a 0.60% annual management fee and has estimated ongoing charges of 1.60%. Shares will trade in Hong Kong dollars in lots of 100. Pando also states it does not intend to pay dividends.

Fee structure and ongoing charge cap

The 0.60% management fee is the primary cost charged for running the fund. However, the total estimated ongoing charges reach 1.60% of average net asset value. Pando has said it will cap those charges at 1.60% from launch through Oct. 13, 2027, and will absorb any expenses above that limit itself.

How Pando's fund compares to the existing ChinaAMC product

Before Pando's listing, Hong Kong already had one spot Solana ETF, operated by ChinaAMC. That fund held $8.58 million in assets as of Aug. 31, 2026, according to the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing (HKEX) fund repository. Pando's launch adds competition to that small market.

The two funds also use different custody arrangements. Pando has named BOCI-Prudential Trustee as its fund custodian and administrator, with Hash Blockchain (acting through HashKey Custody Services) as virtual-asset sub-custodian and HashKey Exchange as the virtual-asset trading platform. In contrast, OSL served as the exclusive virtual-asset custodian and trading-platform partner for ChinaAMC's Solana ETF, according to an October 2025 business recap published by OSL. HKEX also lists China Asset Management (Hong Kong) as the manager and BOCI-Prudential Trustee as trustee for the ChinaAMC product.

Cash and in-kind transactions available

Pando's product page lists participating dealers that support both cash and in-kind transactions. Cash transactions involve buying and selling shares with money. In-kind transactions allow authorized participants to create or redeem shares using the underlying asset — in this case, SOL — rather than cash. Eddid Securities and Futures, Solomon JFZ, and Victory Securities are among the dealers listed for both cash and in-kind access. Other listed dealers support cash only.

The fund's reference index is the CME CF Solana-Dollar Reference Rate, Asia Pacific Variant, which is used to track the price of SOL for pricing the fund's shares.

Solana's official account acknowledges the listing

Solana's official social media account described Pando's planned listing as "A second spot Solana ETF" coming to Hong Kong, confirming that the Solana ecosystem recognizes the addition.

What the sources confirm

  • Pando Finance will list its spot Solana ETF on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on Oct. 13, 2026, under stock code 2831.
  • The fund charges a 0.60% annual management fee with estimated ongoing charges capped at 1.60%.
  • ChinaAMC's existing Solana ETF held $8.58 million in assets as of Aug. 31, 2026.
  • Pando uses HashKey Custody Services and HashKey Exchange for virtual-asset custody and trading, while ChinaAMC uses OSL.
  • Pando does not intend to pay dividends.

Why this matters for Solana investors

Before this listing, Hong Kong investors had only one spot Solana ETF option. A second product gives them more choice in terms of fees, custody providers, and participating dealers. For the broader Solana ecosystem, increased exchange-traded fund availability in a major Asian financial hub may attract institutional interest in the token, though the source material does not include projections on fund performance or asset growth.
