Selection Process
The selection for the SBI Specialist Cadre Officer 2026 includes two stages:
- Online Written Test: This includes a General subject paper (100 marks) and a Professional Knowledge paper (100 marks). Note: There is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer.
- Interview: Candidates who qualify the written test will be called for a face-to-face interview.
- Final Merit: Prepared with a weightage of 70% for the written test and 30% for the interview.
