Selection Process — SPMCIL Assistant Manager 2026

Your selection will be based on two stages:

Online Written Exam (75% Weightage):
- Total Questions: 120
- Total Marks: 150
- Duration: 120 minutes
- Sections:
  - Professional Knowledge: 60 questions (90 marks)
  - General Awareness: 15 questions (15 marks)
  - English Language: 15 questions (15 marks)
  - Logical Reasoning: 15 questions (15 marks)
  - Quantitative Aptitude: 15 questions (15 marks)
- Negative Marking: 1/4th mark deducted for each wrong answer.
- Minimum Qualifying Marks:
  - General/EWS: 45%
  - OBC: 40%
  - SC/ST: 35%
Personal Interview (25% Weightage):
- Shortlisting ratio: 1:4 (4 candidates per vacancy).

You must also sign a Service Bond of Rs. 3,00,000 to serve SPMCIL for at least 3 years after selection.
