Selection Process — SSC JE 2026
The selection process includes two stages:
- Paper-I (Computer-Based Exam): Objective-type questions on General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Awareness, and Technical Subjects (Civil/Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, or Telecom).
- Paper-II (Computer-Based Exam): Descriptive-type questions on Technical Subjects only. Only candidates who qualify Paper-I will appear for Paper-II.
Final selection is based on the combined performance in Paper-I and Paper-II. Document verification follows for shortlisted candidates.
