Selection Process — UPSC EPFO APFC 2026

You will go through two stages:

Written Recruitment Test (RT): 2-hour objective test with multiple-choice questions. The test is in both Hindi and English (except the English section). There is negative marking — 1/3rd (0.33) marks deducted for every wrong answer.
Interview: If you pass the written test, you will be called for an interview. The final selection is based on both stages. Usually, the written test carries 75% weight and the interview 25%.
