Strive Adds 3,311 Bitcoin, Surpasses 30,000 BTC Holdings
Strive crosses 30,000 Bitcoin milestone
Nasdaq-listed Strive has bought 3,311 more Bitcoin, bringing its total holdings to 32,773 BTC, according to a SEC filing on Tuesday. The Bitcoin is valued at roughly $2.7 billion at current prices. This keeps Strive as the fifth largest publicly traded Bitcoin treasury company.
Key numbers
- Strive now holds 32,773 BTC
- Purchased 3,311 coins last week
- Total holdings worth approximately $2.7 billion
- Fifth largest public Bitcoin treasury company
- Stock (ASST) up nearly 60% year-to-date
Debt-free approach
CEO Matt Cole has described Strive as debt-free with zero margin requirements and zero encumbered Bitcoin. The company does not use borrowed money to buy Bitcoin, unlike some other treasury companies. Strive debuted as a Bitcoin treasury last year after acquiring Semler Scientific in an all-stock deal in January 2026. The company was founded by former Ohio gubernatorial candidate Vivek Ramaswamy.
Market context
Several top Bitcoin treasury companies have seen their stock fall this year as Bitcoin prices dropped. Some treasuries have had to sell Bitcoin or reconsider their strategy. Strive's stock has performed differently. While the overall market has been volatile, ASST shares have risen about 60% since the start of 2026.
What is confirmed
The purchase and total holdings are confirmed through a SEC filing. The ranking as fifth largest public Bitcoin treasury comes from Bitcoin Treasuries data.
Why it matters
Strive's continued buying shows corporate interest in holding Bitcoin as a treasury reserve asset. The company's debt-free model contrasts with some competitors who have faced financial pressure.
