Select the correct preset

Photo workflow

Use a recent colour photo with a plain light background. Face the camera, keep your eyes open and avoid hats, heavy shadows and filters. Crop so the head and shoulders fit the guide, then process and download.

Check the output dimensions and KB size before uploading. If the file is too large, lower the quality or crop closer; if it is too small, start from a larger source instead of enlarging the compressed result.

Signature workflow

Sign on plain white paper with dark ink. Photograph it straight on, crop tightly around the strokes and avoid ruled paper or shadows. A clean, high-contrast signature survives compression better than a faint pencil mark.

Common errors

The portal may reject the file because the dimensions, KB size or format do not match its current rule. It may also reject a photo where the face is too small or the background is busy. Check the downloaded file properties and keep the original for another attempt.
