This tool is particularly useful for plans lodged on or after 1 July 2026, as it reflects the latest fee adjustments by Land Victoria.

According to the Owners Corporation Act 2006, additional owners corporation rules (lodged via the Owners Corporation notification of making rules 27E(1)SA form, formerly known as OC5) may replace or supplement the model rules. Model rules automatically apply to all owners corporations in Victoria unless replaced or amended.
