CKRUET admission and the upload requirements
CKRUET is an engineering university admission test in Bangladesh. The application form collects a photograph and a signature, and the portal checks both before the candidate can submit. The stored limits are compact, so a photo taken for a different university may need to be rebuilt rather than simply renamed.

Portrait preparation
The 300 x 350 px frame is only slightly taller than it is wide. Keep the head centred, show the full face, and leave a small margin above the hair. A plain background and soft front light make the crop easier. Avoid a photo where the face is turned to one side or partly hidden by a shadow.
Signature preparation
Sign on unlined white paper with a black or blue pen. Scan or photograph it flat, then crop to the wide 300 x 80 px box. The stored weight range is 4 KB to 20 KB, which is narrow. A clean, high-contrast scan compresses well, but a large colour scan may need several attempts before the strokes stay clear.
Keeping the file small without damage
Crop away empty paper before lowering the quality. Use the preview to check that the face and the signature edges remain sharp. If the file is still above the ceiling, reduce the dimensions slightly only if the notice allows it; otherwise lower the JPEG quality in small steps. Do not add noise or blur to reach a target weight.
Tool limits
The tool cannot change the background, repair a blurred scan, or guarantee that the CKRUET portal will accept the upload. It also cannot decide whether your programme uses a different frame. Keep the original files until the application is submitted.
