JSSC photo and signature pages
The Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission advertises several recruitment exams, and the photo or signature rule can change with the advert. This page provides a set of stored JSSC presets so you can crop, convert and compress an image without editing pixels by hand.
Because the list contains both pixel and centimetre versions at different resolutions, choose one preset that matches your advert. Do not process the same file through two presets and assume either will be accepted.

These are stored values. The JSSC advert for your post is the authority, and it may name only one of these shapes. Confirm the current dimensions and byte window before uploading. No preset number has been changed.
Choosing by post
Open your JSSC advert and find the photo and signature clause. Match the document type first, then the shape, then the byte window. A signature preset with a 6×3 cm shape is not interchangeable with a 3.5×1.5 cm signature merely because both are stored under JSSC.
If your advert names a size that is not in the list, do not force the nearest option. Use a custom-size tool and follow the advert.
Photo and signature workflow
Use a recent colour photo with a plain background, eyes open and no hat. Crop so the face is centred. For the signature, sign on white paper with dark ink, photograph it straight on and crop tightly around the strokes. Check the downloaded dimensions and KB size before uploading.
