NTA exam photo and signature tool

The National Testing Agency conducts many entrance examinations, and their photo and signature rules are not identical. This page is a general NTA resizer with several stored variants. It is not tied to one exam, so the first preset may not be the one your application asks for.

Use it when your NTA exam names a shape that matches one of the stored options. If your exam has a dedicated page on this site, use that page instead.

Stored NTA variants

The record includes a 200×230 px photo at 200 or 96 DPI, a 3.5×4.5 cm photo at 200 or 96 DPI, a 140×60 px signature and a 3.5×1.5 cm signature. Photo windows are 10–200 KB; signature windows are 4–50 KB.

These are stored values. Your exam's information bulletin is the authority; confirm the exact shape and limits before uploading. The presets have not been changed.

Choosing a variant

Read the photo clause in your exam bulletin and match both the unit and the shape. A 200×230 px preset is not the same as a 3.5×4.5 cm preset at 200 DPI. If the bulletin names a different size, do not force a nearby variant; use a custom-size tool.

Photo and signature advice

Use a recent colour photo on a plain light background. For the signature, sign on white paper with dark ink, photograph it straight on and crop around the strokes. Check the downloaded width, height and byte count.

Limits of a general NTA tool

This page cannot know which NTA exam you are applying for. It only applies the preset you choose. If your bulletin names a size that is not in the list, use a custom-size tool rather than forcing the nearest variant.

Use the dedicated page when available

Many NTA exams have their own page on this site. A dedicated page is less ambiguous than the general list. Confirm the exam name before you upload.
