Selection Process — BTSC Food Safety Officer 2026

The selection consists of two stages:

1. Computer Based Test (CBT): 100 multiple-choice questions worth 100 marks. Duration is 2 hours. The question paper is available in both Hindi and English. There is negative marking of 0.25 marks per incorrect answer. Minimum qualifying marks vary by category (General: 40%, BC: 36.5%, EBC: 34%, SC/ST/Women/PwBD: 32%). If the exam is held in multiple shifts, normalization will apply.
2. Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates from the CBT will be called for document verification.
