Selection Process
There is no written test. Selection is based on your marks in the required education. Marks are checked in descending order. If two candidates have same marks, the older one (by date of birth) gets priority. If age is also same, then 10th marks are compared. Shortlisted candidates must bring original certificates for verification. You also need to pass a medical fitness test before joining.
How to Apply
Follow these two steps carefully. Incomplete forms will be rejected.
Step 1: Register on the Apprenticeship Portal
• For post codes 101, 102, 108, 109, 110, 111: register on NAPS portal (naps.gov.in)
• For post codes 104, 105, 106, 107: register on NATS portal (nats.education.gov.in)
• Use the Establishment ID of Panipat Refinery.
Step 2: Fill IOCL Microsoft Form
• After applying on NAPS/NATS, go to the IOCL website and fill the additional details in the Microsoft Forms link. This step is mandatory.
• Use our Indian Army Photo Resizer to prepare your photo and signature for upload.
Note: You are not eligible if you have completed an apprenticeship before, or if you have more than one year of job experience, or if more than five years have passed since you got your educational qualification.
