JPG to PDF Converter
Turn one or more JPG or JPEG images into a single PDF. Choose page size, orientation, quality and DPI, then download the generated PDF. Each image can be up to 12 MB.
This is an image-based PDF. It does not OCR the pages, add passwords or merge an existing PDF. The current build ignores some advanced layout controls, so test one page before sending a batch.

What this JPG to PDF converter does
This tool turns one or more JPG or JPEG images into a single PDF. You upload the images, choose the page size and orientation, set the JPEG quality and DPI values, and generate a PDF that you can download from a temporary link. It is useful for sending scanned pages, receipts, photos of documents or a simple image portfolio in one file that opens on almost any device.
When a PDF is better than separate photos
A PDF keeps pages in a fixed order and gives the recipient one file instead of a folder of images. Many offices, portals and email filters handle PDFs more predictably than a set of large JPGs. A PDF also makes it easier to print a document at a consistent page size. If the destination asks for a PDF, converting images is usually simpler than rebuilding the document in a word processor.
How to use the converter
Select the JPG or JPEG files you want to include. Arrange them in the order they should appear, because the PDF follows the upload order. Pick a page size such as A4, A3, A5, Letter, Legal or Tabloid, then choose portrait or landscape. Set the image quality and DPI, and adjust the position or dimensions if the current build exposes those fields. Start the conversion and wait for the download link.
Page size and orientation
A4 portrait is the default and suits most letters, forms and scanned documents. Landscape is better for wide photos, certificates and spreadsheets. Letter is common in the United States, while A4 is standard in many other countries. Choose the size your recipient expects; a page that is technically valid can still look wrong if it is printed on a different paper size. The PDF does not reflow text because each source is an image.
Quality and DPI
The quality setting controls how much JPEG compression is applied when the image is placed in the PDF. The DPI value describes the intended output resolution rather than creating new detail. A higher DPI can make the image occupy a different physical size on the page. For a readable document, start with quality 75 and DPI 300, then inspect the result. Raising both values increases the file size, but it cannot recover detail that was never in the original photo.
Position, size and the current controls
The form includes position and dimension fields for x, y, width and height. The current build uses those values, along with quality, DPI, page size, orientation and format. Some extra controls that appear in the interface, such as fit-on-page, borders, masks, links and alt text, are placeholders and do not change the generated PDF. Do not rely on them for a print-ready layout. Test one page before sending a large batch.
File limits and upload behaviour
Each image can be up to 12 MB. The converter accepts JPG and JPEG input, not PNG, WebP, HEIC or PDF. Processing happens on the server, so the files leave your device and a temporary PDF is created for download. File names containing an ampersand or quote can cause a failure in the current build; rename such files to plain letters, numbers, hyphens or underscores before uploading. The download link is temporary, so save the PDF promptly.
What the output can and cannot do
The result is a picture-based PDF. It does not OCR the images, create selectable text, add a password, sign the document, compress an existing PDF or merge with another PDF. It also does not correct a skewed scan or clean up shadows. If you need searchable text, run OCR first. If you need a legally signed PDF, use a dedicated signing service. If you need to combine PDFs rather than images, use a PDF merge tool.
Privacy and document handling
Because this converter uses a server, only upload documents you are comfortable sending to an online service. Avoid identity cards, medical records, contracts and financial statements unless you understand the site's retention policy. The temporary download link is convenient, but it is not a private archive. Download the PDF, store it securely, and do not share the link with people who should not see the document.
Common problems and fixes
If the conversion fails, check that every file is a real JPG or JPEG and is under 12 MB. Rename files with punctuation. Remove very large images and try a smaller batch. If pages appear cropped, adjust the position or dimensions and regenerate. If the PDF is too large, lower the quality or DPI. If the pages are in the wrong order, rename them with a numeric prefix and upload them again.
What not to do
Do not upload a multi-page Word document and expect the layout to survive; this tool accepts images only. Do not use a low-quality photo for an official document if the text must be readable. Do not assume the advanced layout controls work in this build. Do not treat the temporary link as permanent storage. Keep the original images until you have checked the PDF on a computer and, if needed, in print preview.
