Signature advice

Common Assam Rifles upload mistakes

A photo with a cap, a signature scanned at an angle or a file above the 50 KB photo ceiling can stop the application. The signature window is even smaller. Check each document separately and keep the originals for the rally verification stage.

After the online upload

The online file is only the first step. Keep the same photo and signature for the rally and document verification, because a later mismatch can create delays. Do not delete the originals after the portal accepts the application.

File naming and format

Keep the .jpg extension and avoid spaces or special characters in the file name. A simple name such as photo.jpg and signature.jpg is easier to upload and check.
